Where does Movement Store ship to?
Movement Store ships our stuff across Australia only.  If you are located outside Australia you may contact to place an order. Additional shipping is required.
What payment methods does Movement Store accept?
Movement Store accepts Movement Studio Gift Vouchers, Visa, MasterCard, Direct EFT and Afterpay. If you would like to purchase items over the phone, please call Movement Studio on 03 8202 6992 during business hours to process.
How do I use a Movement Studio Gift Voucher to purchase items in Movement Store?
When at the checkout, please enter the unique voucher number and hold onto the voucher for 3-5 days for verification.
Do I need an Afterpay account to purchase with Afterpay?
Yes. Please visit Afterpay’s Help Centre for any questions regarding this payment service.

Shipping and Returns

How long does local delivery take?
Usually, if you place an order during business hours 8am - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday, we will be able to deliver to you the same or very next day. We will contact you to confirm if you’ll be at home to receive your delivery or if you’d like your delivery placed anywhere specific.
How long does Melbourne and Australia-wide delivery take?
In general, same-city deliveries arrive overnight and deliveries to nearby cities within 2-3 days. We don’t currently offer an express or guaranteed overnight delivery service.
How can I track my order?
After we receive payment confirmation and your delivery is ready to be sent, you’ll be emailed tracking details that will let you know when to expect your delivery.
Movement Store’s Return Policy
You may return or exchange an unused item in new condition within 30 days of delivery.
All items must include original packaging.
Items that are used or damaged may be denied a refund or exchange.
Customers will be responsible for return shipping only (An exchanged item shipping via freight will be subject to a return shipping cost).
Return Exceptions
All food, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
Items returned incomplete or without the original packaging may be denied a refund or exchange.
Return Process Exceptions
Please allow up to 3-5 business days for your return or exchange to be processed.
In most cases your refund will automatically go back to the original form of payment used for the purchase.
Original shipping charges incurred on your purchase aren’t refundable as part of your return or exchange.
