Maddie joins our team with 4 years experience as a Remedial Therapist. She comes from a background as a dance instructor, specialising in enhancing technique and flexibility.

 

Maddie knows first-hand how frustrating even a small injury can be, and the benefits of looking after your body through stretching, recovery and treatment. She prides herself on incorporating this knowledge into her treatments, helping to educate & empower clients.

Naomi becomes part of the Movement Studio team with fresh enthusiasm and the latest techniques as a Remedial Massage Therapist. Naomi is an avid Crossfit trainer and through her work, seeks to inspire and support peak performance, health and wellness – for every body!

 

Also known as Range of Motion (ROM) Massage Therapy, Naomi loves to support athletes, weekend warriors, fitness fans and literally anyone on their journey to living a pain-free life, increasing range of motion or maintaining exceptional movement.

Remedial Massage Appointment 

Remedial massage is aimed at reducing pain, improving range of motion of the muscles and joints, also providing the restoration and maintenance of the soft tissue structures of the body. Health Fund rebates available.

 

Dry Needling

Usually conducted as part of a therapy session, dry needling can be utilised to assist with decreasing pain and improving function through the release of myofascial trigger points (knots in the muscle).

 

Myofascial/Functional Release Cupping

This unique method of treatment incorporates vacuum cupping therapy, the anatomy trains concept and functional movement patterns to make dramatic changes in sporting, occupational and other functional movements.
